The CHU, Macquarie Bank, SCA (Vic) 2022 Principal's Retreat will take place over 31 March -1April at the Peppers Moonah Links Resort, with a welcome dinner on 31 March to kick things off. This Retreat will include 3 nights of social networking dinners, 2 day conference, transfers to offsite venues and activities.
As we travel to the breath taking Mornington Peninsula located in the prime Australian coast and stay at Peppers Moonah Links Resort. This region has long been favoured as a seaside holiday destination and is recognised as an exciting wine growing region. You can experience iconic surf beaches and modern Victorian country charm side by side.

Delegate Type:
The CHU, Macquarie Bank, SCA (Vic) 2022 Principal’s Retreat is exclusively open to SCA (Vic) Members who hold the position of General Manager, CEO, Director or Principals of a Strata Management Company. Strata Services (Suppliers) Members who are not Gold and Platinum Sponsors of SCA (Vic) and non-members are not able to register for the Principal’s Retreat. Delegates must be employed by an owners corporation management firm that holds membership with Strata Community Association (Vic).
Close of registration:
Registrations close on Thursday 10th March 2022.
Cancellation policy and transfers:

Before 18 March 2022, 100% refund

Between 19 March 2022 and 25 March 2022, 75% refund

After 25 March 2022, 100% cancellation fees apply. Transfers will be accepted up to one

week prior to the Principal’s Retreat commencement and are subject to the outlined “Delegate Type” criteria.

All cancellations and transfers will incur an administration fee of $50 and must be received in writing to SCA (Vic) by emailing education.vic@strata.community
Cancellation due to Government Directives:
If the booking is cancelled by either party at any time due to the event not being permitted in the form originally planned under any State or Federal Government law, regulation or direction in force at the time of the event relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, SCA (Vic) will retain the fees to use towards a new event date. If the delegate is unable to attend the new date, SCA (Vic) will refund all monies paid, provided the delegate advises SCA (Vic) within a reasonable period of time prior to the event. If a new event date is not achievable then SCA (Vic) will refund all monies paid to it by the delegate.
Privacy:
The Information Privacy Act 2009 provides that, before your name and contact information can be published on the CHU, Macquarie Bank, SCA (Vic) 2022 Principal’s Retreat list, for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. If you DO NOT wish to have your name, address and details included in the list of delegates please indicate by emailing education.vic@strata.community

SCA (Vic) cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange his or her own insurance. SCA (Vic) does not provide insurance coverage for any accidental injuries, loss or damage for delegates at the events.
Force Majeure:
Where there is an agreement between SCA (Vic) and a Sponsor or registrant, it is automatically null and void if any events offered are cancelled due to an act of God including, but not limited to, hurricane, earthquake, flood, volcanic eruption, tornado, famine, terrorism, or war. In the event of cancellation due to an act of God neither party shall be liable for any further payments.
