Fee Unit, Penalty Unit, Lodging and Search Fees, from 1 July 2020

The following fees, as set under the Monetary Units Act 2004, are to remain fixed for the financial year commencing 1 July 2020.

• The value of a fee unit is to remain $14.81

• The value of a penalty unit is to remain $165.22

Fees for lodging instruments at Land Use Victoria (LUV) are also to remain unchanged in the new financial year.
