Strata Managers Have Your Say!

SCA (Vic) has partnered with RMIT School of Property, Construction and Project Management to gain knowledge about existing and recommended strategies for owners corporations to deal with disaster and pandemics. From the 2019-20 bushfires and COVID-19 experiences, owners corporations need to have in place crisis and risk management strategies for developments where large numbers of people reside and work. This project will help identify such crisis and risk management strategies to help fill gaps in the knowledge base in this area.

This research has been initiated by Dr Rebecca Leshinsky, Dr Dulani Halvitigala, and Dr Judith Callanan, researchers from the RMIT School of Property, Construction and Project Management and is being funded by Strata Communities Australia (Victoria).
