Ben joined the Strata Management industry as a university graduate in 2003 and since has worked in almost every possible role within a firm - from basic administration through to a senior strata manager, eventually becoming a business owner.
Ben is a strong supporter of the industry, participating in industry-based events and serving on various industry committees, including the Education Advisory Board, the Contract of Appointment Working Group and Young Strata Professionals.
Ben’s single objective is to drive professionalism in the industry.
Being part of the SCA board is an honour and Ben is looking forward to contributing positively.

The SCAV Board (Board) is committed to the preservation of membership confidence, the professionalisation of the Strata industry and the delivery of the highest standard of ethical practice. The Board has adopted a new Professional Governance Framework (PGF), which includes a revised Board Charter, Board Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Privacy and Confidentially Policy. To reinforce their commitment to the PGF, each Board Member has signed a Duties & Responsibilities of Board Members statement and a Register of Interest declaration.
