Membership Requirements
Police Record Check / National Name Check
SCA (Vic) requires applicants applying for Corporate Strata Management Company Membership and Provisional OC Manager Membership to obtain a Police Check/ National Name Check (no more than 6 months old). SCA (Vic) recommends either a Victoria Police Check or a Police Check from CV Check.
Authorised Representative StatusSCA (Vic) requires applicants applying for Corporate Strata Management Company Membership and Provisional OC Manager Membership to have undertaken Authorised Representative Insurance Training through their insurer or broker. A certificate of completion confirming that the applicant holds Authorised Representative status needs to be provided with their applications.

Membership Applications
SCA (Vic) Corporate Strata Management Company Membership

From zero lots to 1,290 lots - Minimum fee $900 (excl. GST)

From 1,291 lots to 6,500 – number of lots $0.70 (excl. GST)
-
For lots up to 6,500 - number of lots $ 0.70 (excl. GST) for the first 6,500 and those above are $0.53 (excl. GST)

Membership includes individual membership for an unlimited number of Owner Corporation (Strata) Managers and Support Staff.

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (VIC) Board approval date.
SCA (Vic) Corporate Strata Services Company Membership
Membership Options

Small Corporate Strata Services - $1,250 (excl. GST) per annum
The annual membership fee includes the Company/Business and individual membership for the Corporate Nominee and up to two employees from the Company/Business (3 individual memberships in total)

Large Corporate Strata Services - $1,750 (excl. GST) per annum
The annual membership fee includes the Company/Business and unlimited individual membership for all employees from Company/Business.

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (Vic) Board approval date.
SCA (Vic) Personal Membership
Personal Membership $750 (excl. GST) per annum
Membership may be granted in special circumstances to individuals who are not working in the Company/Business of a Corporate Strata Management Company Member or a Corporate Strata Services Company Member. Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (VIC) Board approval date.
Note: Personal members are not entitled to use the SCA (Vic) Contract of Appointment, and may not advertise themselves as a member of SCA (Vic).
