Susan has spent over 13 years in association management, including 9 years with the Australian Veterinary Association (Victorian Division) as Executive Officer and Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer. She also worked in membership and marketing at the Australian Medical Association. Prior to entering the association sector, Susan spent 7 years in the political sphere in addition to many years in the not-for-profit sector.
Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and is determined to grow the profile of the strata industry and deliver value to members via high standard education, useful resources and great networking opportunities.
T-Lee Mason - Membership Engagement Officer
Introducing T-Lee Mason, our cheerful and personable Membership Engagement Officer. With a passion for customer service and a decade of experience in the NFP Sector, she is a valuable addition to the team at SCA (Vic).
During her time as a Membership Officer with Speech Pathology Australia and the Australasian Sonographers Association, T-Lee developed a profound sense of purpose for the NFP Sector. She is dedicated to prioritising the needs of members, building strong relationships, and ensuring that each member feels valued and supported. T-Lee looks forward to taking your membership experience to new heights.
Sam Osborne - Education Coordinator
Sam Osborne is the Education Coordinator at Strata Community Association (Vic). With 15 years of experience teaching in Australia, Germany, and the USA, and 10 years as a Master of Ceremonies, Trainer, and Speaker, Sam excels in hosting industry events, designing professional development programs, and managing continuous development points. In his current role, he focuses on boosting member engagement, collaborating with experts, and leading advisory committees to enhance the association's impact and member satisfaction.

Joseph completed a Master of Business at Monash University with a specialisation in Marketing and is excited to join the team at SCA Vic. Along with a sales background and further studies in Economics, Politics and International Relations, Joseph loves writing and content creation and often spends his free time covering the latest news in the video game industry. Andrea Stevens - Relationships & Projects Executive

With an honours degree in architecture and over 20 years’ experience in the property industry – from architectural practice, to residential project developments, to more recent years as a senior strata manager and team leader – Andrea brings extensive industry knowledge and customer service experience to her role at SCA Vic. Andrea’s intuitive understanding of differing client needs, a logical approach, and an attention to detail, are the keys to her success. She is excited to share her strata management experience and insights with the SCA Vic team and to engage with members and stakeholders towards improved satisfaction, professionalism, and public awareness of the strata industry.
Rutvi Trivedi - Membership and Administration Officer

Rutvi has 5+ years’ experience in providing members’ support services for a not-for-profit industry association.
She has successfully managed member databases, data migration, membership renewal projects and a range of general administration tasks. Her capacity to provide high-level support to members, and database management has allowed her to establish an excellent professional track record.
