Tim Graham is the Vice-President and Immediate Past President of SCA (Vic) with over 20 years as a member, has served on the SCA (Vic) Board since 2017 and was recently made an Honorary Life Fellow. Tim also served on the SCA National Board from 2021-2023.
​
Tim is the President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. He is widely regarded as one of Australia’s pre-eminent strata lawyers, having been named in the Best Lawyers in Australia 9 times and recommended in the Doyle’s Guide for both Property and Litigation. Tim is an honoured recipient of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Distinguished Service Award, for significant and distinguished service of a high degree to the Law Institute & the legal profession.

Tm has conducted some 400 seminars, and is on the Editorial Committee of the Australian Property Law Bulletin. He is a keen educator and presenter and is extremely generous in volunteering his time and expertise at SCA (Vic) educational forums. He is deeply committed to improving standards and awareness within the industry.

The SCAV Board (Board) is committed to the preservation of membership confidence, the professionalisation of the Strata industry and the delivery of the highest standard of ethical practice. The Board has adopted a new Professional Governance Framework (PGF), which includes a revised Board Charter, Board Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Privacy and Confidentially Policy. To reinforce their commitment to the PGF, each Board Member has signed a Duties & Responsibilities of Board Members statement and a Register of Interest declaration.
