Corporate Strata Services Company Membership

Corporate Strata Services Company Membership is for businesses providing services to the strata industry, excluding Owners Corporation (Strata) Management Companies. Membership is subject to eligibility and SCA (Vic) Board approval.

The membership covers a Corporate Nominee—an owner, principal, or senior executive of the company—who represents the business. Two membership options are available.

Benefits include access to industry resources, networking opportunities, and support tailored for businesses serving the strata sector.

Membership Fees – Small

Small Corporate Strata Services Membership

$1,350 (excl. GST) per annum

Covers the company/business and the Corporate Nominee, plus up to two additional employees (total of 3 individual memberships).

Employees must complete the Strata Services Individual Membership application process.

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (Vic) Board approval date.

Membership Fees – Large

Large Corporate Strata Services Membership

$1,850 (excl. GST) per annum

Covers the company/business and the Corporate Nominee, and provides unlimited individual memberships for all employees of the company/business.

Employees must complete the Strata Services Individual Membership application process.

Membership fees are calculated pro-rata per annum from SCA (Vic) Board approval date.

Corporate Strata Services Company Membership

Corporate Strata Services Company Membership is open to businesses providing services to the strata industry, excluding Owners Corporation Management, subject to SCA (Vic) Board approval. A Corporate Nominee - typically the owner, principal, or a senior executive - serves as the company’s official representative and primary liaison with SCA (Vic).

Strata Services Individual Membership

Strata Services Individual Membership is for employees of a Corporate Strata Services Company Member who provide essential services to the strata sector. CPD is not required unless pursuing or maintaining SCA Accreditation.
