CPD Requirements

Continuing Professional Development

Across Australia and New Zealand, most governments have no, or very low minimum requirements for education and CPD, therefore it is our role to self-regulate our sector to transform the reputation of the strata profession. SCA will continue to promote to strata owners that they should be looking for SCA Accredited members who are expanding their strata knowledge.

SCA offers a broad range of educational opportunities tailored to the strata industry. Through diverse learning activities, members can earn CPD points based on the time invested, with content designed to meet the unique needs of the strata profession. This includes an ever-expanding online library, as well as virtual and in-person events, providing ongoing support for members.

They then select the states or chapters where they seek approval to provide training. Trainers must meet the minimum accreditation requirements and submit information on the training topic, summary, and content duration.

Next, applicants upload relevant documentation verifying their qualifications, such as certifications.

Finally, applicants complete a declaration to confirm the accuracy of their submission and have the option to receive a copy of their responses.
