SCA (Vic) Director

Michael was elected to the SCA (Vic) Board in 2025. He is the Founder and CEO of Quantum United Management, with over 20 years of experience in owners’ corporations and residential community management. Since 2006, he has led Quantum United to become a recognised leader in large-scale strata management and consulting, earning awards such as the UDIA Consultants Award for Excellence.

Passionate about building vibrant, connected communities, Michael focuses on innovative management systems, education, and communication that add value for developers, committees, and residents. He also brings experience in resident club operations, activation strategies, and community engagement.

Michael serves on the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), working with global peers to enhance governance, compliance, and professional standards to oversee the International Accreditation CMCA Exam (Certified Manager Community Associations).

As an SCA (Vic) Director, he brings strategic insight, operational expertise, and a commitment to advancing innovation and professionalism in the strata industry.
