SCA (Vic) President

Pernille Cavanough has been an SCA (Vic) Board Member since 2021 and was appointed to the SCA National Board in 2023.

Having worked in the property industry since 1995, Pernille brings a great breadth of knowledge and experience to the SCA (Vic) Board; she is a Licensed Estate Agent, Certified Practicing Strata Manager, MBA holder and is currently studying for her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Pernille is a Director at Dixon Kestles where she is responsible for the growth and development of the owners corporation business.  Pernille prides herself on acting with honesty and integrity and is a passionate educator and advocate for the strata industry.
