SCA (VIC) Vice-President

Tim Graham is the Vice-President and Immediate Past President of SCA (Vic) with over 20 years as a member, has served on the SCA (Vic) Board since 2017.  He has been recognised with many of the association’s highest honours – an SCA Fellowship in 2021 and Honorary Life Membership in 2023.  He recently received the Outstanding Advocacy Award.  Tim also served on the SCA National Board from 2021-2023

Tim is Immediate Past President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College.  He is widely regarded as one of Australia’s pre-eminent strata lawyers, having been named in the Best Lawyers in Australia 10 times and recommended in the Doyle’s Guide for both Property and Litigation.  Tim is an honoured recipient of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Distinguished Service Award, for significant and distinguished service of a high degree to the Law Institute, the legal profession and the community.

Tm has conducted some 425 seminars, and is on the Editorial Committee of the Australian Property Law Bulletin.  He is a keen educator and presenter and is extremely generous in volunteering his time and expertise at SCA (Vic) educational forums.  He is deeply committed to improving standards and awareness within the industry.
