SCA (Vic) Strategic Plan 2024-26

The SCA (Vic) Strategic Plan 2024-2026 outlines the organisation’s roadmap for achieving its vision of a professional, valued, and respected strata industry. It includes a comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), five-year goals, and critical issues to address over the next three years. The document details nine strategic goals centred on empowering members, enhancing brand recognition, fostering education, and advocating for the industry. SCA Code of Ethics

The new SCA Code of Ethics, to be adopted by every state and chapter, will come into effect for 2025–2026 membership renewals. It sets clear, practical standards for ethical, transparent, and professional conduct in the strata sector. The Code guides members to act with integrity, fairness, and accountability, ensuring decisions prioritise client interests, uphold public trust, and strengthen the long-term health of strata communities. The SCA Code of Ethics is an integral part of SCA (Vic) membership eligibility criteria and helps ensure that there is a high degree of confidence when dealing with SCA (Vic) members.

The SCA (Vic) Constitution (October 2024) establishes the guiding principles, structure, and operational framework for the Strata Community Association (Victoria) Incorporated. It details the organisation’s objectives, membership categories, governance, and disciplinary procedures, alongside provisions for dispute resolution, general meetings, and the powers and duties of the Board.
