  • Be listed in the Certified Members Directory on the SCA website, referred to by enquirers seeking a strata manager.
  • Boost brand perception for clients with annual audits of your business’s policies, procedures, and accounts.
  • Provide a consistent training tool for employees, increasing certainty and retaining top talent.
  • Reduce the risk of professional indemnity claims.

Step 1

Download the SMPS Implementation Guideline to identify all the documentation required before you submit your application. Your workplace will need to prepare a range of policies and procedures. Depending on your current documentation this may take your business 3-12 months. SCA is working on templates to assist you in this process.

Step 2

Following your application you will be contacted via SCA National to view your checklist and provide an invoice for the Application and Stage 1. For Stage 2, should all documentation not be prepared ready for the audit, this may then increase the fee to the Auditor so we recommend you finalise all your information prior to submission.

Contact Taner Bozkurt on taner.bozkurt@strata.community should you require assistance with the SMPS application process.
