Terms and Conditions

Membership Requirement

To access events at member prices, attendees must be members of SCA (Vic). Attendees can apply for membership here. Membership for individuals is free of charge, providing their employee company is a member of SCA (Vic).

Event Refund Policy

Refund policies for events are explicitly stated on the respective booking pages at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the registrant to review and understand the refund policy before completing the registration.

Webinar Attendance Policy

Each registration for a Zoom webinar is valid for a single attendee only. The sharing of webinar access links is strictly prohibited. Individuals wishing to attend the webinar must register independently to gain access. This ensures compliance with our attendance protocols and maintains the integrity of the event.

To ensure active participation and compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, attendees must attend the entire live webinar session. Cameras must remain on to promote engagement and accountability. For pre-recorded webinars hosted on the Pointsbuild platform, members must complete a brief quiz after watching to obtain CPD points. Failure to adhere will result in non-recognition of CPD points. Effective as of 4th Sept 2024.

Prohibition of Automated Transcription Services

The use of AI transcription applications or any automated transcription services during SCA (Vic) webinars is not permitted. This measure is in place to protect the confidentiality and proprietary content of the webinar presentations. Attendees are expected to respect this policy to uphold the quality and security of the event.
