The Owners Corporations (Education) Regulations 2026, introduced by the Victorian Government in May 2026, establish mandatory education and continuing professional development (CPD) requirements for owners corporation managers registered as individuals and Officers in Effective Control (OIECs) of owners corporation management companies.

Developed following consultation with industry stakeholders, including SCA (Vic), the reforms are intended to strengthen professional standards, consumer protection and capability across the strata sector.
